Notice of Intent to Sell

On November 9, 2017, the Board of Directors adopted a Rule and Regulation requiring home owners to notify the association of their “Intent to Sell”.  The rule, intended to facilitate the sale, enables the association (1) to direct our governing documents to prospective purchasers, realtors and title agents and (2) to assist new residents to register as association members.  The Notice of Intent to Sell should be submitted when:

a) Realtor Listing:  The home is listed with a realtor.

b) By Owner (Not listed with a realtor): The owner signs to contract for sale.

c) Conveyance to Child (or children) below age 55: Once you made the decision to convey a child or children below the age of 55.
