Governance & Convience
The association is run by a five-member volunteer, elected Board of Directors, who manage the Association with the assistance of a professional management company. Owners are encouraged to contribute to maintaining our grounds and landscaping. Elected board members serve two-year terms that are staggered so that no more than two board members are elected in any year.
Unique Age Restriction and Commitment to “Pride of Ownership"
Like all townhome associations, the Boulders is governed by a Declaration, By-Laws, and Rules and Regulations approved by the Board of Directors. Boulders residents enjoy the advantages of unique restrictions that promote peer relationships and protect property values: (1) At least one Unit Owner must be age 55+ subject to an exception for a conveyance to a child below the 55+ age restriction. (2) a prohibition against leasing subject to an exception for medical hardship.
